The Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill revealed the hard time he faced with his former franchise, the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs selected Hills in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL draft. After spending six seasons with the Chiefs, Hill moved to the Dolphins in the 2022 season. Now, two seasons down with the Dolphins, Hills shared about his early days with the Chiefs — which wasn’t good.
Tyreek Hill, in his candid avatar, shared how his tenure with the Chiefs was not allowing him to showcase his true personality and was restricting him from performing certain actions.

Tyreek Hill uploaded a video on his YouTube channel sharing his early days with the Chiefs. Hill shared how he was restricted from using social media and was asked to focus on the game entirely.
Highlighting his tenure with the Chiefs, Hill said, “It’s hard, like when I first got to the Chiefs they used to tell me Tyreek, like stay off the social media, chill relax, like just focus on the ball. You can ask one of my boys; they told him the same thing too, though, and it’s like bro, I thought I made it here to like show who I am, show my personality a little bit.”
The early days in the NFL were different, and players are now much more open and have had their social media presence. However, it’s not the first time that Hill shared his annoyance with the Chiefs’ camp. Earlier, Hill shared how Mahomes sidelined him.

Hill was sidelined by Mahomes
Tyreek Hill appeared on the RG3 and The Ones podcast, sharing how Patrick Mahomes avoided inviting him to his house. He was also asked about his connection with Mahomes. Hill shared, “Pat had Kelce, and I was kinda jealous. I was hurt, bruh. I was hurt. Patrick, you are never inviting me over to your house like you did Kelce. You always invited Kelce. That’s why we here where we at now.”
However, Hill is a reliable wide receiver for the Dolphins. In the AFC East division, the Dolphins are topping the table while being a strong contender in the race to playoffs. Also, Hill’s former franchise, the Chiefs, are on the same page, and the chances are high that both these teams will collide in the playoffs. Meanwhile, let us know your thoughts on Hill going against the Chiefs in the playoffs.
