According to Joe Pompliano on X, “McCaffrey bought the home for $7.5 million in 2020 when he was with the Panthers.”

This property, on nearly 9 acres along Lake Norman, includes a one-bedroom guesthouse, family room, safe room, and formal dining room. His “personal training equipment in the garage-turned-gym” is up for negotiation. The lake house also comprises luxury amenities like a spa, wine cellar, private beach, two-story closet, and top-tier appliances.
