Who knew Kris Jenner could be a guiding light for Randi Mahomes during her darkest times?

It’s not easy to be a celebrity mom. And who better than Patrick Mahomes’ mom Randi Mahomes to speak about the difficulties that come with it? The Chiefs’ star QB’s gridiron success has simultaneously brought camera flashes and fame to the Mahomes’ doorstep. In addition to this, divorce from Pat Sr. was not easy for Randi. Amid all this, you expect one to tremble and Mama Mahomes was no different. “I was in my darkest spot, struggling on how to, like, navigate this new life.”

However, she was open to advice and suggestions from those who were experiencing it from the same boat. Speaking on The Mom Game Podcast in June, Randi revealed that Kim Kardashian’s mom, Kris Jenner, was the industry name who took time out for her to share some fruitful advice that she still cherishes. “I still value everything that she shared with me because at the time Patrick had maybe won the first Super Bowl, maybe he hadn’t. But I was just like I need someone to help me navigate this. So that my kids would be like ‘you really did that?'”

Who doesn’t know the Kardashians at this point? They even have a family TV show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, that showcases their routine and life. Each of the five daughters has amassed millions of followers, so it’s no surprise that Kris knows the ins and outs of handling such stardom and maintaining that glamorous lifestyle.

Similarly, over the years, Patrick Mahomes and his family have become household names, with fans eagerly awaiting any updates about the Chiefs’ superstar and his loved ones. It’s not just Patrick’s on-field brilliance that captivates; it’s the entire Mahomes family story. Whether it’s his wife Brittany, brother Jackson, or mom Randi, fans are always on the lookout for their latest updates on social media.

Speaking of Randi, she’s built a loyal fanbase on Instagram, with 180k followers keeping up with her family-filled posts and personal moments. Who can resist that kind of peek behind the curtain? However, what fans often overlook is that moms like Randi have to adjust to this lifestyle, sacrificing their own comfort to ensure their families are at ease. That’s something Mama Mahomes has noted as well. Kudos to Kris for being reachable and supportive in this demanding world. “For her [Kris] to take the time out of her day to just be a mom and talk to me. That, I thought, was really cool.”

But navigating the new lifestyle is one thing, and being involved and immersed in your children’s success is another. Randi Mahomes is a proud Patrick Mahomes fan. And why not?

Randi Mahomes has urged Patrick Mahomes to win Super Bowl again!

Have an interesting take?

Speaking on the podcast, she recalled calling Patrick Mahomes before his first Super Bowl game. That was SB LIV when the Chiefs defeated the 49ers. “I remember calling him and telling him that this is once in a lifetime experience. So, enjoy it. He was like, ‘Oh, no! We’re going to be back. We’re going to win again.'”

And boy, was he right! He has won 3 out of the 4 trophies he could have won. And some might even argue that it was all Pat’s show that they were witnessing during those 3 wins. This is what Randi admitted, saying that my son has proved me wrong. “He’s like boom, boom, boom.” But then comes her statement that just makes you satisfied as a son that okay my mom has faith in me. She said, “I’m like let’s do it again! Let’s do a three-peat.”

There’s no doubt that the whole Chiefs’ outlet is eyeing for an unprecedented three-in-a-row. And now, Patrick Mahomes could do it in his 8th season. But mind you, Chiefs Kingdom, Randi Mahomes is crashing the ring ceremony if the 3-peat is completed, “I’m going to the ring ceremony even if I have to crash it.” Surely, another proud mom in attendance would not be a problem at the ceremony in 2025, but until then she would be hearing her son from the stands guiding him to that moment.
