Not everyone is pleased with the Miami Dolphins’ stellar performance this year. At least, Stephen A Smith isn’t, and he’s not shy to let his opinions be known. In the latest episode of his show on ESPN, First Take, the sports commentator went on a rant against the Dolphins despite them putting up their best performance since 2008.
So, what drew Smith’s ire? As the team prepares to take on the Buffalo Bills during their final game of the regular season, a lot is at stake here. If the Dolphins win the game, they will be crowned the winners of the AFC East division. But if they lose, they will still make it to the playoffs as a Wild Card entry.

Smith fired at the Dolphins and said, “I’m sick and tired of the Dolphins.” Why exactly? He said his reasons for the outburst were more “emotional“. According to him, the Dolphins won five games in six weeks, then lost to the Baltimore Ravens big time in a humiliating 19-56 defeat. Smith was unhappy that they built up everyone’s expectations and then dashed everyone’s hopes in one fell swoop.

In Week 18, the Dolphins will take on the Buffalo Bills at their home stadium. Smith had said that the team performs poorly only when they are on the road. But this time, he wants the team to perform badly and get their “a***s kicked” by the Bills. Will his desire come true on Sunday?
