When the postseason is on the sight, what will you expect? Some thrilling and nail-biting contests, clutch performances, game-changing moments, underdog stories, the road to the Super Bowl. and a couple of injuries as well, right? Well, add 3-12 against a team’s name and you’ll find frustration, anger, and agony on the field. And the same goes with the New England Patriots defensive end, Keion White.

This Monday brings out yet another setback for the Patriots. In the top vs bottom contest of the AFC East, the Bills have a huge triumph over the New England team. However, it’s the 25-year-old DE who grabbed the spotlight after throwing a punch at the Bills’ offensive tackle, Dion Dawkins. Thankfully, the Bills DT kept his cool and defused what could have turned into a full-blown, on-field brawl.

Getting heated on the field? Yeah, that’s pretty much a regular thing in the NFL. Remember the name Christian Wilkins? If you’ve watched today’s showdown, his name will surely ring a bell. It would not be wrong to say that Keion White pretty much pulled out a Wilkins move on Dawkins.

Let’s take a trip back to the 2019 NFL season when the Dolphins went head-to-head with the Bills. Seems like the Bills always find themselves in the middle of these wild moments. This time, it was the 29-year-old DT who got tossed after throwing a punch at Bills’ Cody Ford. Just another classic example of the kind of drama NFL fans are all too familiar with!

Fast forward to now, White also has his own share of penalties this season and the day is near when the fans will start seeing him as Wilkins’ replacement. And it’s been just a month since he was fined. For the third time this season!

The 25-year-0ld DE is ensuring the NFL that his name remains synonymous whenever someone says penalty. Let’s include the Miami Dolphins again, shall we? But this time in the 2024 season. The DE was fined nearly $20K for a horse-collar tackle and roughing the passer fouls against the Miami team in week 5. And here’s the kicker: the number 99 stated that he isn’t going to change the way he plays.

“As long as I’m running to the b-ll, being aggressive, yeah, you’re going to get penalties,” White said. “But I’m not going to compromise the style of player that I am.” And honestly, the guy sticks to his words like a cornerback sticks to his receiver. Roughly after four weeks, the NFL went behind White. Once Again!

And this time again, Keion White was fined for yet another horse-collar tackle against the Tennessee Titans. Well, for a DE, it’s normal to count how many tackles that he has finished. But in the case of White, it’s the penalties as the New England team’s DE is sitting with three fines against his name. Furthermore, if the guy stands by his words, no doubt, his penalty stats will go up.
