Talking to his brother, Travis revealed that he “didn’t want to put too much thought into” the Super Bowl outfit. He said he met the designer Amiri over the summer in Vegas, and “it made all the sense in the world” for him to go with his design. The tight end also pointed out his Louis Vuitton outfit from last year, saying “it was an American designer” and that he “wanted to keep it in the States” this time too. This sentiment from Kelce was met with Jason’s enthusiastic “USA Baby!”.

Travis praised Amiri and called him “one of the best out there right now” and said that the designer made it “very easy on” him by taking care of the sizes. “I really didn’t even think about what I was gonna wear until the actual game came up, and – fit like a glove, baby.” The Kelce brothers also talked about the fine “high-end” fabric of the jacket, saying that the lining was very comfortable, similar to a “leather jacket,” despite having sequins. Travis further joked about how he looked like a “black disco ball walking into the disco,” with Jason calling him a “snazzied up Johnny Cash.”

The Kelce brothers also talked about their mother, Donna’s custom varsity jacket, which had the name of the tournament along with her nickname, “Mama Kelce.” Donna had received the black letterman jacket from the black letterman jacket from Stoney Clover. Next, Jason brought up how his wife, Kylie stayed adamant with her decision to not wear the Chiefs’ jersey unless it is the Eagles’.

Eagles fans praised Kylie for not wearing the Chiefs’ colors

The Kelce brothers discussed about the nods his wife, Kylie Kelce, garnered for not donning the Chiefs merch from the Eagles’ fans. Kylie has been a staunch supporter of her husband’s team, the Philadelphia Eagles, and showed her support for Travis by wearing Travis’s college red shirt. Joking about her decision to wear a University of Cincinnati shirt to the Bowl, Jason commented, “She’ll wear other universities, but she won’t wear other NFL teams.”

Travis replied that he understood Kylie’s motivation and was just grateful for her support even if she refused to sport the Chiefs’ gear.

“I respect it Kai, I appreciate you even wearing red. you know,” Travis responded, addressing Kylie, “You could have wore something neutral and just showed your support. You showing up was enough. so I appreciate it.”

Jason further explained his attempts to convince his wife to wear the Chiefs’ gear, as the Eagles weren’t even involved in the Bowl. But Kylie remained firm in her stance. He quoted his words to Kylie, “‘You realize this isn’t against the Eagles,’ right she just refuses.” Travis took the chance to poke his brother with a clever quip of his own. “anything that’s against you, I’m here for…I’m on her team”

After this sibling banter, Jason talked about his own choice of outfit for the championship. He said he had settled on overalls, joking that he was thinking of having attached straps on so he wouldn’t be able to take the shirt off when he feels the urge to.

Be it the older brother’s shirtless celebrations at Travis’s wins or Kylie’s die-hard support for the Philadelphia Eagles, one can’t help but love the Kelce family.
