Michael Jordan broke NBA records, propelling the Air Jordan brand to worldwide popularity. Years later, in 2023, they signed Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts. That was after his hard-fought Super Bowl LVII defeat against the Chiefs. However, you can’t stop greatness. He avenged his loss in Super Bowl LIX, and now Nike has found another way to profit from Hurts’s success with their Air Jordan brand.

On February 22, the popular culture page Nice Kicks shared a heartwarming update with the fans that they could buy Air Jordan’s ‘LOVE, HURTS‘ at just $75 on Nike.com once it gets released on March 31. It would definitely push his popularity to another dimension.

Jalen Hurts impressed the city of Philadelphia with his parade look. Wearing a cap with the Air Jordan hoodie, he roamed and met everyone with the trophy in one hand and smoking a cigar. Everyone was happy seeing him in the new avatar, with confidence brimming in his eyes.

It was historic. After practicing in the banned Jordan cleats, Hurts went on a dominant display of football against the Chiefs. In fact, they were so bullish on winning that they didn’t even allow the Chiefs to score in the first 43 minutes of the game, going 34-0. The Chiefs lost the game 22-40. For the Chiefdom, it was a disappointment. But for the Air Jordan, it was a historic moment.

Hurts not only won the Super Bowl, but hearts as well. The NBA legend supported him throughout the season and even sent him messages before the big game.

Jalen Carter punched Patrick Mahomes twice in the 4th quarter, ending their chances of any comeback in the game. Such was the intensity they raised the game to. The streets of Philadelphia rejoiced.
