During this time, it’s safe to infer that the man is having a hectic day because of the impending games. However, after he meets his wife and son, all of his tension evaporates.

Who is Sean McVay’s son?

Becoming a father is a life-changing experience. And Sean McVay experienced this for the first time in October 2023. McVay welcomed his first son with his wife, Veronika. The moment he was born was understandably very important to the HC. The 38-year-old named his son Jordon John McVay and explained the feeling of having him a lot of times.

In one of those interviews, McVay stated, “Everybody kind of tells you what to expect, and it couldn’t even be as good as everybody says. And they certainly talked about what a special moment it was. Just amazing how well my wife handled it and what a stud she was throughout that whole process, and even yesterday.”

Sean McVay’s remarks reflect how much he loves his son. Jordan is an infant right now, and there isn’t much to know about the McVay Jr. for now. But who else is in the HC’s fam?

All about the Rams’ HC’s family

Living in Hidden Hills, California, McVay is happily married. He met his wife while working as a coach for Washington. Veronika Khomyn was a student and a model at that time. They both felt an instant connection and decided to marry after a few months of dating. We saw them tie the knot with each other in 2022 and they had their first child, as previously mentioned, in 2023.

The couple is currently learning about parenting, and it appears that their first experience is not favorable. Sean McVay has stated that their kid requires a lot of time. The man stated, “Tired. I’m getting caught up. Everything that went on this week. I got way behind, so still have a lot of work to do.”

While the season continues, it is certain that Veronika is taking care of their child for the most part. While this will be difficult or her, it appears Sean too takes breaks from time to time. The HC revealed: “I’ve taken pretty good care of myself for the most part this year and that stuff is real when you lose it, you know? So that’s what you’re sensing for me right now.”

Sean dislikes the disruption of his time schedule that comes with being a parent. The man is a very punctual individual who has everything planned out, but now he is unable to follow this timetable. The HC admitted that he gets upset about this part of being a dad: “Everything is all good, but we are creatures of habit in terms of our rhythm and routine and I get a little edgy and irritable when that gets a little off.”

However, all of this is just the starting phase, and it will soon be finished. We will probably see young Jordan with his mama on the sidelines in a couple of years, cheering for McVay’s team.
