The longest-serving head coach in the NFL has both happy and ambitious feelings for his kids, like any dad.

The 52-year-old head coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers and his wife Kiya Winston married in 1996. The couple first met during their college days at the College of William & Mary. Kiya Winston is a renowned Afro-American fashion designer well-known for her work. She belongs to Morristown, N.J. Their elder son Dino was born in 2000, before Mason and Harley were born in 2002 and 2006, respectively.

After Dino and Mason, the couple had their 3rd child – Harley Tomlin. She is also known as Harlyn Quinn Tomlin. She is a passionate gymnast. The 5-foot-2 is so good at gymnastics that she has been offered the best scholarship offers by the top colleges active in gymnastics. Reportedly, she is committed to the University of Georgia.

Recalling Mike and Kiya’s words, Harley’s coach remembered, they said, “We want our daughter to know what it’s like to have to earn everything she gets.” 

When the 17-year-old asked about her football-loving brothers and dad, she once humorously said, “I think it’s honestly much different than my brothers because they lived in the football world, so I honestly feel like people don’t even know I exist, which is kind of funny”.

Both Tomlin brothers have followed the same path as their father. Dino and Mason Tomlin play college football and both are Division I players. Dino is at Boston College, while Mason studies in Colombia.

Mason is a die-hard football fan and a sportsman. The 21-year-old is a senior defensive back for the Columbia Lions. Talking about his parents’ teachings, he said, “They always had a rule. You don’t have to do your thing, but you have to do something. … Doesn’t matter what it is, but it better be something.”

The head coach and fashion designer’s eldest son Dino is a senior wide receiver at Boston College. The 23-year-old has also played for the Maryland Terrapins. Dino started making headlines for his performance in college football when his video mocking FSU fans, the opponent team of Florida, went viral on X after a touchdown.

Their respective coaches have also praised the sons of two-time Super Bowl winner NFL coach. Mike Tomlin’s rule of leading by example and giving his children the learning to do their best has surely inspired them to pave their own paths.
