Joe Burrow was dealt a horrific season-ending injury last year. However, that hasn’t slowed down the Cincinnati Bengals’ QB from doing his good deeds. That too, mere hours later after providing an update on his injury and potential comeback!
Burrow injured his wrist against the Baltimore Ravens in the Week 11 matchup in November. With his injury the Bengals faced a crisis, one they ultimately faltered against and were unable to qualify for the playoffs. But, now they have positive signs for this season.

Burrow has dealt with multiple injuries in his short career. Just last season he dealt with a calf injury in the Week 2 game and then a season-ending ligament tear in his throwing arm wrist. However, Burrow has provided a much-needed update regarding the timeline of his return to his fans and Bengals’ supporters.
The Heisman Trophy winner told the press that he can “lift basically normally”, giving a glimmer of hope for his on-time recovery. He was further pressed on to give an estimate of when can the QB return to training. And Burrow shared his perception in that regard as well.
“I think the middle of May is when I am expecting to kind of be cleared for full contact and everything”, said the Pro Bowler. And Burrow did not celebrate on his own with this good news. He made sure his community enjoyed the benefits of his success as well!
$500k in charity and hard work to boost
Burrow recently joined the charity ‘Guinness Gives Back Fund’, where the superstar prepared and served food for the people in Cincinnati. These men and women are the ones in his community facing food insecurity and Burrow did his part to alleviate this issue. He helped with his hands and his wallet too!
