The Pittsburgh Steelers’ QB recently took to Instagram to thank his wife Ciara Wilson. Russel Wilson shared a video showcasing pictures of a pregnant Ciara, as well as her spending time with their children, wishing her a Happy Mother’s Day.
He wrote a beautiful caption saying “Happy Mother’s Day to my love @Ciara! You are the best Mom, Leader, and Boss Woman for our beautiful kids to look up to! We are so grateful for you!” He continued, “BLESSED. Heaven sent.”
Ciara and Wilson are the quintessential #couplegoals. The husband and wife are raising their four children, Future Zahir, Sienna, Win, and Amora, and together they nurture, as Wilson likes to put it, “an old-school love.”

The music industry hails Ciara, a Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter, as an artist par excellence who is a trailblazer with elevated dance, choreography, and visual artistry in her generation. Despite this, she says her best job is being a mother.
While Wilson was thanking her for being the splendid mother to her kids, Ciara was out and about making a difference for the ones in need. As an ode to Mother’s Day, she attended the Baby2Baby event in Los Angeles recently with Olivia Wilde And Kelly Rowland.

Baby2Baby is a nonprofit that provides children living in poverty across the country with diapers, clothing, and all the necessities every child deserves. Ciara, with her maternal instincts and philanthropic passion, helped assemble and distribute kits for the maternal health of women and children in need.
The singer also spoke about her first motherhood experience and the disparity in the maternal health system in the country. “I was very fortunate to have a great support system along the way.” She added “The devastating increase in maternal mortality in the U.S. is honestly so crushing to me as a woman of color,” and added Baby2Baby initiative “is a step in the right direction towards addressing this crisis.”
Talking about the kits, she said, “The kits include essentials like diapers, hygiene products, breastfeeding supplies, postpartum care, and educational resources to ensure new mothers have everything they need to take care of themselves and their new babies immediately after giving birth. Truly the sweetest way to bring in the Mother’s Day weekend. Every mom deserves the best care! #HappyMothersDay“
