Randi Mahomes and her daughter-in-law Brittany are feeling contrasting emotions! After returning from her overseas holiday with her husband Patrick Mahomes, Brittany is pumped to return home. After a month of European food, the 28-year-old was excited to have an American burger. Not just the food, Mahomes was also reunited with two of the most adorable boys and girls ever!

The “boy” and the “girl” here are Steel and Silver, Brittany Mahomes’ dogs. Being a pet lover, it must have been incredibly hard for the former soccer star to stay away from her dogs. Hence, in an Instagram story, Brittany wrote, “Missed this girl” referring to one of her dogs. However, the mother of two did not forget about her other dog and also posted a loving photo of them reunited. Brittany also promised to share more from her European adventures in due time.

While Mrs. Patrick Mahomes Jr. is reliving all her good memories, mother-in-law Randi is in a somber mood. The 52-year-old posted a photo of her mother Debbie Bates Martin in a wheelchair and wrote, “Momma I miss you so much.” Debbie passed away at the age of 72 in April 2023. While missing her mom, Randi has also found something to smile about. On her X account, Pat’s mom said she discovered something that was lost from her “3 years” ago. So all in all, it was a “happy day” for the Mahomes household.

While his wife and mother were experiencing opposing emotions, Patrick Mahomes was having an absolute blast! On July 9, Spain took on France in the UEFA Euros 2024 semi-final. It was an exhilarating soccer match where Spain beat France 2-1. The game was so good that even the Kansas City Chiefs’ QB became a fan! Mahomes also added that during his time in Europe, he finally understood the hype around the tournament. While Patrick certainly had fun in Europe, it was something that his mother always wanted to do!

While the NFL star seemingly had the time of his life in Europe, it was the dream vacation for his mother, Randi Mahomes.

On June 27, the freshly retired Granny posted an Instagram reel, spilling all her ‘favorites’ in life. Though she skipped who her favorite child was, Randi did reveal that she always wanted to go to Europe. She said, “A European vacation. I’ve never been there and I really would like to go.”

While she wasn’t a part of the trip, Randi was quite happy to see her son go on a European adventure! However, her inner granny also kicked in as the former MLB Wag posted pictures of her grandson Bronze, saying she was missing him. Though reuniting with Patrick Mahomes’ children won’t heal the pain of losing her mom, Randi will surely be happy to see her little sunshine after a long time!
