Is jersey No. 4 QB really the 4th most hated player in the league? Yep! According to a recent study by WildCasino.ag, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Dak Prescott, landed the fourth spot on the most hated NFL players list online. In fact, last year, when the Steelers running back Najee Harris joined an interview, he “named Prescott the most hated player in the league today.” But as it is said, if you are the most hated person, that means you are doing a great job. Well, that’s how the Giants legendary QB, Phil Simms thinks about the 31-year-old.
In a recent episode of Bleav podcast network, Giants legend QB Phil Simms joined the show host Matt Simms, to talk about Dak Prescott and how he thinks the QB is playing well in the games. Explaining the same, Phil Simms stated, “The other thing that caught my attention in the game, not to get into the Cowboys and all that…..when you watch the game in person, Dak Prescott – I said this. There is – look, he’s a good player, no doubt. He stands out alone almost when I watch him on the field. You know? He has got a presence about himself. He’s the man with great success.”
According to Simms, no matter what the situation is in the games for the Cowboys, Prescott always shows that he is confident and in control. Continuing with his stance, the former quarterback also highlighted, “I don’t think it really ever gets rattled, and when the game gets frenetic or whatever, hell that’s when he is at his best. You know? So you put the football in his hands every down – hey, he is going to treat you right on that side.” Overall, Simms thought Prescott played really well during the game against the Giants.

It’s crazy how Cowboys fans think Dak folds under pressure bc “the look in his eye” when we are losing but players and coaches say he doesn’t blink under pressure and he doesn’t care what the score is he always believes they can find a way to win🤔

Currently, America’s team is at 2-2, and the two consecutive losses in Week 2 and Week 3 against the Saints and the Ravens, respectively, have raised eyebrows on the performance of Dak Prescott. Although his QBR rating seems average at 53.9, Prescott’s 1,072 yards make him the third-best quarterback in terms of yardage this season as of now.
Nevertheless, the loss against the Ravens prompted the Cowboys fans’ to throw mud on the QB. Well, that’s the reason Dak Prescott chose to drop a five-word missive.
What does Dak Prescott have to say about the haters?
The Dallas Cowboys faced a tough loss against the Baltimore Ravens, falling 28-25 after a late-game surge came up short. Despite their comeback attempt, the Cowboys couldn’t recover from a 28-6 deficit, marking their second consecutive home loss. This early season stumble of two consecutive games, especially after a huge blowout by the Saints, has raised concerns among fans. This is more because the quarterback Dak Prescott recently became the highest-paid player in the league with a $60 million per year contract. And as they say, with huge responsibilities, come huge expectations, Prescott too, falls in the same category.

According to many, Prescott has faced criticism for not delivering the results fans hoped for. Hence, after the Ravens game, he sent a clear message to those who are losing faith in him and the team. In the viral video, Prescott, who is seen exiting the game through a tunnel with his teammates, said in frustration, “Jump off if you want,” referring to fans who might be ready to abandon the team.
This means, despite the rough start, Dak Prescott remains confident that the Cowboys can turn things around. And the recent win with a 5-pointer against the Giants has definitely helped him and his team to be out of crisis mode for now.
