It was week 16, and fans were pumped for the Broncos vs Chargers matchup. However, the Chargers won the game 34-27. It was disappointing, as both teams were always in the game. It was a tough fight to till the end. Now, it’s fault-finding time, particularly for the rookie QB Bo Nix.

During the post-game conference, Nix said, “Frustrated. The difference in our two games with them is seven points. The margin of error is one touchdown. We should be able to find a way to get one touchdown.” It’s a hard loss to swallow. However, the Chargers are happy after completing the 2-0 sweep of the Broncos.

The Broncos QB had a pretty decent performance. He recorded 29 of 40 passes (72.5% completion rate) in 263 passing yards and 2 touchdowns, while Justin Herbert had 23 of 31 passes (76.6% completion rate) in 284 passing yards with 2 touchdowns and 1 interception. Even after the defeat, Bo Nix and the O-line still have hopes of a good show.

Nix tried to pump up his teammates and added, “Every guy in that locker room already wants to play next week. We know this next one is the most important.” That’s right. If they win the next 2 games, they could still be up for the wild card. That’s their best bet.

However, for this, they need to look at their mistakes and make sure that they don’t repeat them. They would be eager to watch the tape.
