The Minnesota Vikings in October needed a miracle to still be in the playoffs picture. Especially after injuring QB1 Jaren Hall. But they indeed received a miracle worker. Joshua Dobbs was the answer to their prayers. However, it seems the Vikings are done with him.
‘Passtronaut’ became the architect of the wins as soon as he got on the field for the Vikings. But the 28-year-old journeyman QB made some expensive mistakes against the Chicago Bears. And he might have to pay the price for the loss.

Traded from the Arizona Cardinals on the last day of the October trade window. Joshua Dobbs showed his class since his first game itself. But against the Bears, his costly four interceptions led the team from Chicago to win 12-10 on the road. And HC Kevin O’Connell for Vikings is reconsidering his options.

The Vikings are on a 2-game losing streak. In them, Dobbs has turned over the ball six times while only making two TD passes. Now, as injuries that led to Dobbs getting on the field seem to be getting better, his chances can be dwindling. HC O’Connell said, “We’ve got Jaren back available to us, and then Nick Mullens is available as well”. Leading to speculation that Dobbs might be benched.
On the Dobbs issue, HC said, “We’re going to take a look, you know evaluate the inventory of plays now we have of Josh”. Many wonder if this is it for Dobbs at the Vikings? Will he be back on the conveyor belt once again in his career?
