Erin Andrews spends a lot of time away from home during football season. Like she is the lead sideline reporter for Fox Sports Network. Millions tune in just to watch Andrews catch up with footballers before or after the games. She has served in that role for so long that Andrews has turned into the face of Fox NFL coverage every season. Now, with such commitments throughout the season—and FOX hosting the Super Bowl this year, Andrews knew what the stakes were in preparing for the biggest football extravaganza. However, it seems her plus one made it a bit harder for her to get Super Bowl-ready.
Going over her Super Bowl LIX experience with Fox colleague Charissa Thompson, Erin Andrews revealed how much of a nuisance her husband, Jarret Stoll, was a night before football’s biggest spectacle. Of course, she started off by praising her and Thompson’s plus ones, claiming, “There are no better plus ones to bring to a Super Bowl than Steven Cundari and Jarret Stoll. You can leave them on Bourbon Street, French Quarter, Memphis, Tennessee. They’ll find their way back, and they run along.”
Looks like the Fox ladies’ significant others—possess the instinct required to come back home no matter where they get stuck. Like Bourbon Street or Memphis, Tennesee was a hell of a comparison that Andrews brought to light. As for Thompson, she even went up a notch supporting her best friend’s claim, saying, “A ditch in Antarctica.”

Maybe that’s too much, don’t you think, Charissa? Leaving your plus ones stranded among the polar bears and a freezing continent may not be a great idea. But moving on, Andrews spilled a bad habit of her husband, recalling, “Saturday night, Chris and I go to bed. Jarret and the plus ones, all the wives of the talent, then go to a big Fox party. Zach Brown performed. Jarret gets in probably about three. I was like, where did you guys go? And he goes back to the bar with the plus ones, all the wives.”
It seems Jarret was just too energetic to get a good night’s sleep before the Super Bowl. All he wanted was to party and have the time of his life with other plus ones. But that’s just the tip of the shenanigans that followed into Sunday morning.

“I am walking around at 8 a.m. with a flashlight as he’s sawing logs and smells like the Four Seasons bar.” Okay, Jarret, that’s something. Sawing logs being drunk while your wife smells booze all over you. That was not something Andrews saw coming as she added, “God forbid, as I’m packing my Spanx and my supplements to go to the Super Bowl. This s— is passed out. I mean, as he was the day before, too.” Looks like drunk Stoll was just too much for her to deal with. However, the Fox Sports presenter may have a lot more to deal with her husband in the coming days. There have been talks that Erin and Charissa’s plus ones may even start a podcast of their own.

Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson’s Calm Down set to face family rivalry?
See, Andrews and Thompson’s Calm Down podcast already faces competition from some known faces in the NFL community. There’s Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce’s New Heights Podcast. Then, there’s Jason’s wife, Kylie, who recently launched her Not Gonna Lie podcast. And you know how that first episode of her NGL hit? Well, it dethroned Joe Rogan’s podcast for some time.
Now, there’s more competition coming in the form of a Plus One podcast. That’s right. Jarret Stoll and Steven Cundari could soon venture into the world of podcasts. Some might laugh at the idea of a Stoll and Cundari podcast. However, you might stop giggling once you find out whom they have planned to bring on their podcast.

Their plus ones believe the first guest could be Howie Long’s wife, Diane Long. Then, any guesses who they could bring next behind the mic. Well, Charissa already gave a teaser, “And the next guest will be Taylor Swift because she’s Travis Kelce’s plus one..So it’s like the list they came up with was unbelievable. But yeah, there’s a great shot.” Bringing Taylor on a podcast might break all shorts of record for the Plus One podcast—that is still an idea. Like Swift’s impact on the NFL is already pretty evident. Swifties from around the globe have flocked into the NFL community just because she dates Travis Kelce.
But supporting your boyfriend and a podcast is a completely different ball game. And if this somehow turns out to be a reality. Then, every other NFL podcast, beware—because the Plus One Podcast is coming for you.
