In the new update, she shared a picture from the Los Angeles’ fire incident, where around thousands of acres have caught up the flames. In addition, as per reports, 5 were found dead, while around 100,000 people are being evacuated. As the rescue operations and fire fighting scenes were going on, Thompson made sure to draw people’s attention to another needy section, which is the animals.
Without any doubt, Charissa Thompson is an animal lover. She even owns a ranch to help the innocent souls in the fields. So, as this time she heard animals being in danger in LA, she shared a story of a firefighter consoling a dog, along with a message. The picture featured “Firefighter Consoles Dog Found Wandering California Neighborhood Engulfed In Flames,” Thompson commented on it, “(emotional emojis) HEROES.”

She further requested her followers to help her in locating animals and help them with proper aid. For this, Charissa Thompson wrote: “Please DM me if you know animals that need temp homes.” With this, it’s clear that the sideline reporter is leaving no stone unturned to save the animals from this disaster, which began on Tuesday. More power to you, Thompson!

Many celebrities, such as Jamie Lee Curtis, Mandy Moore, Paris Hilton, Maria Shriver, and others, were forced to evacuate their homes to escape from wildfires. No doubt this incident has given a major heartbreak to many. Even the former girlfriend of Chiefs’s Travis Kelce, Kayla Nicole too, faced a setback as her family and close one’s homes were destroyed. Hence, she offered a prayer for those affected on her social media platform, hoping that God would give them the strength they need.

In addition, former NFL quarterback Chase Daniel also shared an image of the wildfire from a plane above, giving his audience the sheer size of the destruction. Along with this, he wrote, “These fires are much worse than people think….just absolutely devastating Pacific Palisades & Malibu. I work about 6 miles from all this & currently headed in now.” Even Fox Sports host Emmanuel Acho shared a wildfire video, saying, “Yo, LA is literally is on fire. I’m driving home, because somebody said the Hollywood Hills are on fire, and you can literally see the freaking fire in the Hollywood Hills. Like, this is right now in LA.”
Similarly, other NFL stars, such as Christian McCaffrey, posted, “Praying for everyone affected by these devastating fires. Thank you to the heroes working tirelessly to protect our communities and wildlife,” on his social media platform. Besides them, others such as Maxx Crosby, Cooper Kupp, and Dan Orlovsky, all joined in to pray for LA!
