Nick Sirianni has received a shocking update as the Eagles are going head-to-head against Patrick Mahomes‘ Chiefs. The Super Bowl LIX is just around the corner. Jalen Hurts and Co. are ready to clinch their second Super Bowl victory. But as the head coach of the Eagles Nick Sirianni is approaching the biggest game of the season, the question of who will be the next offensive coordinator has encircled him. And why is that? Let’s find out!
Kellen Moore will probably get hired by the New Orleans Saints as their head coach. But there is one name going to be debated for sure- the pass game coordinator Kevin Patullo. He has clarified the question about the future opportunity of getting the OC of the Eagles.
He said, “I would say that’s unfair. If you’re in or around us, you would see we’re not the same. I think we work because we don’t see it the same way, which is good.”

Patullo on the perception that he would be an extension of Nick Sirianni if he were an offensive coordinator: “I would say that’s unfair. If you’re in or around us, you would see we’re not the same. I think we work because we don’t see it the same way, which is good.” https://t.co/l35TDJixju

Patullo, the Eagles’ future offensive coordinator, added, “I’m looking forward to whatever happens. …I’ve had my opportunities over the last couple of years for potential coordinator jobs, and it just hasn’t kind of gone the way maybe I wanted it to or the way it was supposed to. But we’re here now, and wherever it goes, it’ll go.” Kevin Patullo’s coaching career has a rich history, which makes him a perfect fit for the job.
But before looking at his coaching career, let’s not forget that Patullo was also a football player. From 1999 to 2002, he played as a wide receiver and quarterback at the University of South Florida. He also won the Golden Bull Award in 1999 as an outstanding scout team player. Regarding his coaching career, he started with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2007 as an offensive assistant and offensive quality control coach.
Then in 2010, Patullo worked as a wide receivers coach and offensive quality control coach for the Bills. After this work with two franchises, Patullo’s graph showed an increasing trend. After the Chiefs and the Bills, he has worked for the Titans, the Jets, and the Colts, before joining the Eagles in 2021 as a pass game coordinator. Currently, he has also been working as an assistant to the head coach along with a pass game coordinator job.
While talking to reporters in a private chat at the press conferences, Kevin Patullo gave a very important statement about his future. Patullo: “To be honest, anything that I can do, to continue to grow, would be good for me. As a person, as a coach.”
So, Kevin Patullo is interested and as insiders said, he has “great chances” to get promoted. But do you know what he has mentioned about Kellen Moore and how it feels to work with him? Let’s dive in!
The Eagles’ future OC Kevin Patullo on Kellen Moore
NFL insider Zach Berman has shared Kevin Patulla’s thoughts on the Eagles’ current offensive coordinator, Kevin Moore, and the culture of selflessness upheld by the franchise.
Kevin Patullo has said, “Look at it. I’m basically half head coach and half offensive coordinator in that world.” Patulla added, “I get to do both which is very fortunate. You can see a lot of stuff as a coach that people don’t get to see if they are not the head coach. I’m basically involved in everything. It’s Kellen and I. Prior to Shane and I. Then it was Brian and now it’s Kellen.”
Well, the pass game coordinator also said he has been very close to HC Nick Sirianni.

Practically, he has been involved in close decision-making with Sirianni. Particularly, this year has been great for the Eagles offense led by Saquon Barkley. The efforts of Kevin Patullo, and Kellen Moore have been in Jalen Hurts and the offensive is crazy. Patullo has said, “I’ve been doing this for a long time. I think this is my 16th year in the NFL or whatever it is, maybe more, and it always works out the way it’s supposed to,” while talking about his experience.
