Remember when Hallmark went all-in on football and Christmas at the same time? Yeah, they teamed up with the Chiefs and gave us Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story. It was not your cheesy holiday rom-com—this one had actual football vibes mixed in with all the mistletoe and magic. Fast forward to now, and Hallmark is back with yet another collaboration—but not with Patrick Mahomes‘ Chiefs this time.

This year, it’s Josh Allen’s Buffalo Bills. And the announcer of this thrilling news is none other than the Bills’ Safety, Damar Hamlin. On Thursday, Hallmark Channel, along with the NFL, took to their official IG handle and shared the news with their fans. “What’s up, everybody. Good morning. This is Damar Hamlin here from the Buffalo Bills, with an early Christmas present. We have big news today. Hallmark Channel and the NFL have selected the Buffalo Bills in the 2025 countdown to the Christmas Movie Draft,” Hamlin said in an IG post shared by the Hallmark Channel.

“Stay tuned this holiday season for the all-new Hallmark Channel movie holiday Touchdown of Bill’s Love Story. We’re so excited to celebrate our team, our fans, and shout out to Bills Mafia and our shared love for football and Hallmark Christmas movies. Go Bills, let’s go,” added the 27-year-old. Well, get ready, Bills Mafia, to celebrate Christmas with Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story.

It will premiere during the Hallmark Channel’s 16th annual Countdown to Christmas. It is yet to go on the floors as the production is expected to kick-off later this year. As for the locations, it will entirely be shot in and around Buffalo, New York, including the iconic Highmark Stadium. And why not?

After all, the 2025-26 season will be the last one the Bills play at Highmark Stadium. Post 2025-26 season? The Bills will move to their new home, the New Highmark Stadium. However, the starting lineup and the guest appearance from the franchise will be announced later. “The incredible success of last year’s partnership with the NFL and the Kansas City Chiefs far exceeded our expectations,” said Darren Abbott, Chief Brand Officer, Hallmark.

The Chief Brand Officer added, “We are thrilled to team up with the Bills this year for a new holiday movie filled with heart, family and the classic Hallmark storytelling that our fans know and love, all set against the special community the Bills franchise has nurtured throughout its storied history.” With this mega-announcement, the Bills now became the only second team in the NFL to have a Hallmark movie-themed after them. Almost four months ago, Hallmark released Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story.
