The Taylor Swift effect has trickled down to other leagues and isn’t just limited to the NFL right now. It might sound unsurprising, but the WNBA is in on it too. It all started when Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift exchanged bracelets about a year ago and nobody thought it would become a huge phenomenon of this magnitude. But here we are.
Apparently, Caitlin Clark is also a huge Taylor Swift fan and attended her concert in Indiana on Friday night. Swift is on the last leg of her Eras Tour in Indiana and the Fever guard is “fired up” about attending the concert. A video of her surfaced on the internet and she’s doing what Travis Kelce and his brother Jason did. What’s that?
A page by the name of Taylor Swift Updates posted a video of Clark from the VIP section of the show at the Lucas Oil Stadium. Clark can be seen exchanging friendship bands with other concertgoers. A fan gave her a friendship band and she decided to put it on her neck. One of the most cherished stars in the WNBA is getting even more love after this video of her surfaced.

But this isn’t the only highlight-worthy moment that the Indiana Fever guard has found herself in. Clark recently surpassed Serena Williams. Okay, but where? Time Magazine just made her one of the most inspiring women and dubbed her one of the “Changemakers for a better word.” So, what does the list look like?
Apparently, she ranks just below Taylor Swift and one spot above Serena Williams. Then we have other stars like Billie Eilish, Selena Gomez, and Megan Rapinoe in the list of most influential women as well. But coming back to Caitlin Clark, she attended the Taylor Swift concert in Indiana on back-to-back days. So, what’s the Kelce brothers’ connection with Caitlin Clark?

Travis Kelce and his brother have a wholesome exchange with Swifties
In late June this year, Swift was in London for a sold-out show, and guess what? The Kansas City Chiefs TE and his retired NFL brother Jason Kelce showed up to the show. The brothers were obviously there on the first day of the show and Travis traded his bracelet with one of the fans in the crowd. But it was a Taylor Swift fan who gave Kelce the bracelet first.

But Jason Kelce took it one step further. He also decided to trade one of his bracelets with the Swiftie while holding his beer in his mouth. The fan later took to TikTok and posted the clip of the moment and captioned it, “So exciting to exchange @Tayor Swift #friendshipbracelets with @Travis Kelce and Jason last night at the #erastour at #wembleystadium last night!”
These days Travis Kelce might not be getting enough time to attend Taylor Swift concerts as he’s busy with maintaining a spotless record for the Kansas City Chiefs. His team hasn’t lost a game yet and it would be a dream to keep everything that way.
