Kayla Nicole's fitness journey—Is discipline and consistency the ultimate key to achieving such results?

The “CEO of feel-good fitness,” Kayla Nicole is back with her intense workout videos on the demand of her fans. This August, she proudly revealed the new headquarters for her brand, Tribe Therepe. Since then have been helping many women to achieve their body goals. But what’s the exact secret which Travis Kelce’s former girlfriend follows that has helped her in getting a perfect body and mind? Don’t worry, the fitness freak currently revealed those secrets.

In recent Instagram stories uploaded by Kayla Nicole on August 29, 2024, the model shared her intense workouts, low-carb diet, and a secret to staying fit with her followers. From the stories, it’s easily understandable that she was available for a Q&A round (named “Just A Gym Girl” 30-Day Challenge) from her fans, who asked her multiple questions regarding her fitness. During this, one fan asked her: “I’m so bad at being consistent it’s so hard for me to me how do I believe in myself?” To which, the fitness guru revealed the key secrets,Being fit and strong is a sign of self respect, discipline and consistency.”

She further continued, “Being emotionally regulated is a sign of self-awareness, courage, and a willingness to do the deep inner work. Having a fit body is great. But having a calm mind on top of that is magical.” In addition, Nicole also advised the followers to “Do the physical work. Take care of your vessel. Build an amazing body. But do the inner work too. Take care of your mind, heart, and nervous system. Get to know yourself internally. Become your calmest, most self-aware version.”

There is no doubt that a strong mind can help build a strong body. That’s exactly what Nicole focused on after going through a tough time following her breakup with Travis Kelce in 2022. So, according to her, if anyone follows these tips, they can definitely achieve a great mind and body – just like Kayla Nicole, who also flaunted her sculpted glutes in another story while performing intense leg workouts. But the exercises aren’t just enough if you don’t follow a healthy diet! Hence, sharing her diet, Nicole said that she sticks to salads, “a low-carb, high protein diet,” as well as on foods which are high in fiber.

All these have helped her in becoming what she is today, including the therapy!

Kayla Nicole promotes mental health awareness!

Kayla Nicole had to grind and hustle to achieve what she is today! While sharing her trauma following the breakup with Kansas City Chiefs TE, Travis Kelce, she wrote, “I went through this major breakup, major life change, and I had lost a substantial amount of weight within a very short amount of time. I wasn’t sleeping, I wasn’t eating. I was really abusing melatonin to sleep at night.”

Hence, she started taking therapy and soon realized that despite being in good shape physically, if someone is mentally not fit, then that person is not a healthy person. So, after overcoming her mental trauma, Nicole focused on her diet and body. And hence, started doing basic squats, squat pulses, and jump squats, and other leg workouts, to help shape her entire body, including glute.

As in multiple videos, Nicole can be heard saying, “The reality is the glute muscles are not gonna grow if you don’t challenge yourself. At this point (when the workouts intensified), you might be questioning why you’re doing this, but you have only 30 seconds left.
