Not only that but he has been appreciated by Chiefs players. One such instance is Chiefs DE George Karlaftis, who considers Spagnuolo the “father figure” for the Chiefs’ defenses. He further added that Spagnuolo believes in their trust in the team’s prowess and regards him as a teacher who continues to bring out the best in themselves.
