The party’s over here, the party’s over here. You heard that right. Mark your calendars for the February month. No, we’re not talking about the Super Bowl right about now. Though that’s the main event if we are being honest. For now, the big news is that Snoop Dog will host NFL Honors presented by Invisalign, on Thursday, Feb. 6 at the Saenger Theater in New Orleans. But you know what’s more exciting?
We can say it’s probably more exciting for the Baltimore Ravens fans. Is that the reason you’re asking? Well, it seems we may see Snoop Dog hand MVP to Lamar Jackson. Isn’t that exciting? I mean, the Ravens’ quarterback may receive his third MVP title this year, and presented by Snoop Dog will be the cherry on top.

However, let’s not forget that he’s getting tough competition from the Bills’ QB, Josh Allen. According to many analysts, Allen is the top contender for the MVP title and, the way things are shaping up, we might witness a Jackson vs. Allen rivalry for the award.
In the meantime, Jackson and the Ravens are preparing for one of the toughest rivalries of the league as they’ll face Mike Tomlin’s Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. Surely, the quarterback must be eyeing for the big picture here besides the MVP, and that folks, is to lift the Super Bowl title. I mean, to win MVP is one thing, and he’s got a couple of titles already, right? It’s gonna be more special if he’ll lift the MVP before playing the Super Bowl.

Speaking of which, Jackson will be playing his seventh postseason this time. But man, he’s got a pretty horrible record when it comes to his playoff appearances. I mean with 2-4 so far, a Super Bowl title may heal his wounds, right? And given the Ravens’ season so far, it appears that Jackson and Co. may come out of their postseason horrors.
Fans react to Lamar Jackson’s possible MVP
Right after the news hit the headlines, fans already started buzzing with excitement and expectations that Jackson may snag his third MVP this year. And imagining Snoop Dog handing him the award takes the excitement to another level. Believe me, a good number of fans are saying the same thing for him. “Seeing him present Lamar the MVP right before he plays in the Super Bowl will be special,” one of the fans wrote on ‘X’.
