Although injuries are a usual thing for NFL athletes, many football enthusiasts couldn’t believe their eyes after seeing quarterback Tua Tagovailoa’s ugly arm injury while he was walking off the field on Friday. He suffered a deep cut, and a portion of his skin was torn off at the location of his arm tattoo. In a presser post-game, Tagovailoa said, “We tried to patch it up. It’s what comes with the game.

He continued saying “Everyone has nicks and bruises. I think it’s when I tried to run for the first down.” Hence, he is going to “have to get (the tattoo) retouched.” Tua has an obvious love for tattoos. But now his arm tattoo lost its beautiful work of art after his injury. This deep cut reveals the cruel reality of the league where harsh playing conditions and hard hits can lead to many serious and challenging injuries.

Similarly, another player who recently broke the rushing TD records also faced a worrisome injury. His fiancée recently updated the fans on the heartbreaking incident.
