The Kansas City Chiefs recently released a statement raising questions about Kadarius Toney in particular. The Chiefs will host the Las Vegas Raiders at Arrowhead, and the game is just a few hours away. There have been a lot of controversies around Kadarius Toney following the games against the Philadelphia Eagles and the Buffalo Bills. But Toney is not the only one that’s facing issues.
ESPN’s NFL reporter Adam Teicher broke the news regarding the Kansas City team, and this significant change in the roster could be a make or break for the Chiefs. NFL analysts and fans worldwide are not letting Toney’s mistakes slide, and after hearing this news, some might be relieved. Either way, Toney or not, the Chiefs cannot afford to lose to the Raiders if they want to retain a berth in the playoffs.

Glare on Kadarius Toney
Per Adam Teicher’s tweet, the Kansas City Chiefs have decided to rule out their wide receiver Kadarius Toney and running back Jerick McKinnon from the next game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Both players have missed practice this week, and according to Teicher, this is because both players have sustained injuries.
“The Chiefs ruled out Kadarius Toney and Jerick McKinnon for the Christmas Day game against the Raiders. Neither one practiced this week because of injuries,” wrote Teicher on X.

According to the Chief’s injury report, Kadarius Toney is out because he has a strained hip. The extent of his injury is not clear yet. As for Jerick McKinnon, the running back has suffered a groin injury. Both did not practice from Thursday to Saturday in any capacity. Also, the OT Donovan Smith will be absent from the game.
Returning to Adam Teicher’s post, it sits at 2.1 million views. Naturally, people have much to say about Kadarius Toney and some wild theories floating around the internet.

Toney can’t catch a break
Fans claim that the Chiefs have ruled out Kadarius Toney because of his involvement in infamous offside plays. But this assessment may be far from the truth because Kadarius Toney is the Chiefs’ second-leading receiver with 27 catches this season.

However, the amount of hate the WR is getting is unparalleled, and at this point, Toney might be committed to erasing all his past blemishes. Unfortunately, he won’t be able to redeem himself for some time. It’s unclear when the Chiefs will clear him to step on the field.
