The win convinced the fans and the Superstar rapper of what the Lions had been working towards, so much so, that it inspired a heartfelt comment and plea out of the rapper.

Lions did what is now becoming a common theme in them. They took on a high-flying opponent and beat them without relative difficulty. And Sure enough, Eminem is crediting the man who has made it possible, Ben Johnson.
