The Titans are going against the Miami Dolphins in what looks like a lost cause. Before entering the game, both teams had an inactives list of 7 players. Unfortunately, on the Dolphins’ side, one more player got added to that list as soon as the game started. While the team will remain confident in themselves, the exit of Xavien Howard is a big challenge in front of the Dolphins.

Just 5 minutes into the game, the Dolphins have taken a couple of hits and their players visited the medical tent for evaluation. If this keeps up, the Fins might find themselves in trouble in an unanticipated tough clash.

The game didn’t even properly start and within just three snaps, Howard took a hit from Brandon Jones while trying to intercept the ball. The CB was slow to get up but mustered enough strength to walk off the field on his own to be evaluated further for any serious injuries. At this point, it’s not known whether he will return to the field or not.

The first quarter wasn’t really something that the Dolphins expected. Throughout the start, the Titans gave the Fins an injury scare. After Howard, Jaylen Waddle took a massive hit and was slow to get up. In addition to this, the RB Raheem Mostert was injured but came back shortly after. Also, the Centre Connor Williams took a season-ending hit to his knee.

This put a lot of pressure on Tua Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill, who had an ankle injury in the first half after a rough fall post a tackle. He was also out for some time but decided to come back in the second half. The Miami team tried everything but succumbed to the Titans. Unc and Ocho didn’t miss their chance to dissect the game either.

Well, per ESPN and Next Gen Stats, till 4 quarter and 4 minutes on the clock, the Fins had a 99% chance to win the game, which dropped to 66% later. Time was of the essence and Tua Tagovailoa made a bad decision when he passed the ball behind the line of scrimmage rather than going for a first down. Now the Miami team is paying the price of that mistake. Even though Mostert had a 2 TD game and Hill made a couple of big plays, the Fins just failed to clutch the game.

An interesting thing Unc pointed out was the fact that the teams that were 14 points down with 3 minutes left to the game have lost 767 consecutive games. Titans’ Will Levis made history tonight with his 327-yard passing game, something that has never been done by a rookie on Monday Night Football in NFL history.
