The Dolphins season is going from bad to worse after their latest loss against the Titans in Miami. Coming into the clash, it looked like the Dolphins may have enough firepower to snap their losing streak against the Titans side who were 3-0 into the regular season. However, it didn’t pan out the way they had predicted, as the Titans scored their first victory while the Dolphins continued their slip down the NFL ranks.

Playing their second game without star QB Tua Tagovailoa, who remained sidelined with a concussion. Tyreek Hill didn’t have a great day on the field, as he let out his frustrations to the Miami Dolphins coaching staff. Hill was caught on camera, seemingly yelling while the Dolphins struggled to get going in Miami.

Well, his displeasure on the sideline may have been fueled by his woeful day on the field. As the Dolphins’ WR didn’t even surpass 50 yards while finishing with four catches for 23 yards. Seeing his outrage, fans were quick to express their voice online, “What is wrong with TYREEK HILL?” While others questioned his commitment to the team, “Does Tyreek want out of Miami????” Although we don’t know what Tyreek may have been thinking at that moment, him skipping media duties may cause the NFL to take action.

But why? Well, it’s a violation of the access policy that states every player has to speak with the reporters no matter, “I’m too upset to talk” or “I took a fast shower” doesn’t work. Since Hill didn’t partake in media duties, it was head coach Mike McDaniel who took on the questions about the Dolphins WR’s frustrations. “I would expect him to be visibly upset at somebody. A lot of times, guys can be yelling at. He’s a leader and he wanted to do everything that he could to make sure the result wasn’t that.”

Considering Hill’s struggles and the Dolphins’ failure to win their games, it stems from their offensive struggles that continued on Monday Night Football.

Did Mike McDaniel throw Tyreek Hill under the bus, or was it justified criticism?

Have an interesting take?

Would you believe that last night’s late touchdown that the Dolphins scored snapped their nine-quarter TD drought? Well, it’s true, as McDaniel shared, “There’s a tremendous disconnect between preparation and execution. There is a multitude of contributors. I believe. The bottom line, it doesn’t matter what we’re doing behind the scenes. On the field, that’s not even close to good enough.” On the night, Miami just managed to post 184 yards through their offense, which shows the gaps they have.

But it wasn’t the only damning stat that Phins possess this season, as they are the lowest scoring team in the NFL with just 45 points. Tyler Huntley, who was given the chance to start in the absence of Tua, could only muster 96 yards, having completed 14-of-22 passes. Expressing his thoughts about the performance, Huntley said, “I felt comfortable, but now I have to dig in deeper and know the ins and outs of the offense and take the offense to another level.”

Having just joined the team from the Ravens practice squad this month, Huntley may need some time to settle down in Miami. However, on the night when the Dolphins’ offense struggled, their defense managed to restrict the Titans to just three field goals. But this didn’t make McDaniels any happier, “There is nothing good about this situation right now in terms of where our team needs to be. We need to do enough to win a football game against any opponent. Right now, that’s not the case and we need to fix that fast.”

For now, the Dolphins can only go back to the drawing board and see the gaps they have. Hopefully, it might help them fill those as their season continues to slip away week by week.
