The Dolphins are diving deeper into the season in Week 18 with just a 28% chance to grab a playoff spot. At 8-8, they’ve got the Jets coming up in their regular-season finale. Talk about a shot at the playoffs, right? The Jets are already out of the race, so it’s all lined up for Miami to make a run. And if they don’t? Then here’s to another humiliation of this season ahead of the Pro Bowl games. Speaking of which, Tyreek Hill is out there celebrating. Not for the Dolphins, of course!

If you ask, what’s that one thing that the Miami Dolphins have messed up this season? Here’s a glaring issue: last year, the team had six spots on the AFC Pro Bowl Roster. Fast forward to this Thursday morning and the 2025 Pro Bowl roster is out. Miami has no players included. Zero, zip, nada! The team’s hugely missing out on the fans, coaches, and players’ votes.

The Dolphins are now one of the four teams with no players for the Super Bowl games, joining the New Orleans Saints, Tennessee Titans, and their season finale rival, the New York Jets. But there’s still a bit of good news. Defensive end, Zach Sieler, was in contention for making it to the cut for one of the three interior defensive line spots. Unfortunately, he was beaten by Cameron Heyward of the Steelers, Chris Jones of the Chiefs, and Justin Madubuike of the Ravens.

Still, Sieler’s contention for the Pro Bowl isn’t without merit. The guy’s a straight-up force on the D-line considering his 49 tackles and 8.5 sacks. That’s not all! He also snagged an interception and forced a fumble. The dude’s everywhere!

As for the Dolphins, they’ve still got a shot. It’s either through an injury spot or if they get called up as a Super Bowl replacement.

Tyreek Hill celebrating ex-Dolphins star

At least someone from the Dolphins has made it to the Pro Bowl, doesn’t matter if it’s a former player. Andrew Van Ginkel aka Hugh Wan of the Minnesota Vikings is going to the Pro Bowl. Including him, the Vikings are sending six players to the squad. And Tyreek Hill is all in celebrating his ex-teammate’s achievement.

A bit ago, Hill took to his official ‘X’ handle and tweeted, “My boy Hugh Wang made the pro bowl let’s gooo.” That’s a pretty big cheer from the wideout given it’s the first appearance for Ginkel in the Bowl. The guy’s been ballin’ this season with 48 tackles, 11.5 sacks, and a forced fumble. Pretty much a nightmare for a quarterback!

Besides Ginkel, the Minnesota Pro Bowl list includes QB, Sam Darnold, wideout Justin Jefferson, linebacker Jonathan Greenard, cornerback Byron Murphy Jr., and long snapper Andrew DePaola. They are the favorites of fans, coaches, and players. As it stands, the Vikings are having a good season so far. As for the Dolphins and Tyreek Hill? They sure want to focus on their regular season finale.
