Let’s give our respect to the underdogs who never gave up and became Big Dawgs in the game. Even Tom Brady almost went undrafted in 2000—just imagine if he had given up then. We would’ve never seen a seven-time Super Bowl-winning QB. And today, we’re putting the spotlight on one such player. You’ve seen the movie Never Back Down? Well, they might as well make a fifth sequel about the Eagles’ DE, Bryce Huff.
Bryce faced a heartbreaking rejection when he went undrafted in the 2020 NFL Draft. He could’ve just dropped his weapon and backed off—but did he? No. He laced up his cleats day after day, and guess what? The Jets came knocking on his door with an offer. He gave four years of his life to New York, first as an undrafted rookie, then as one of them. He played 54 games in a Jets jersey and even ranked 2nd in pass rush win rate with 23.5%. Now, he’s brought that game to the Eagles, marching toward his first-ever Super Bowl appearance. I know, right? He’s really come a long way. But there must be someone in his life fueling that drive every day.

Does Bryce Huff have a girlfriend?
We are not going to beat around the bush and play with words. No, Bryce Huff is not in any romantic relationship. You know why? Because he’s married to the game. Even though he’s been able to make a name for himself in the NFL, it’s still not enough for him. Just go have a quick look at his IG, all you will see is motivational stories. In one of the posts, he even wrote, “I ain’t mean, I’m just focused.” Well, that clearly speaks out loud that he wants no distractions in life right now.

But what does he do when he’s off the field? You can catch him often sitting courtside at basketball games. Not just that, some of his IG stories show him enjoying his time at Drake’s concert. He loves spending time with his family and friends, that’s for sure. He even gave a shout-out to everyone in a post for helping him reach the big stage. “The support from my coaches and brothers that put in work with me every day was crucial in my development as a player and as a man, and I have nothing but love for each and every one of them.”
But his success is not just thanks to his coaches, his parents also contributed greatly in paving his way to the big league.
Who are Bryce Huff’s parents?
Bryce Huff is motivated, yes. But what keeps his engine running? Although we don’t have much intel about his father, we do know his momma’s been there for him. You can’t tell a lot about Colette Huff with just her work. She is deeply involved in community service. As per an NY Post report, she’s the CEO of Dearborn YMCA, an NGO in Mobile, Alabama. She spends every single day on youth development and providing healthy living. And it’s obvious such a kind person will leave no stone unturned when it comes down to supporting her son. “Everybody always said he was underrated this, underrated that. He never stopped working toward his dream.” Colette said to ESPN.

I really don’t think he needs to go out and find love from someone else when his mom is already filling him up with too much. She even wrote a beautiful message on his birthday post. “As each year passes, you reveal more of the wisdom, talent, and charisma that makes you so special. Your smile brightens my world. You never cease to amaze and remind me of how awesome it is to have you as my son. I love you to infinity and beyond!” And Bryce Huff came in with a sweet comment, “Thank you, Ma! I love you too.”
It’s safe to say with his mama supporting him and his teammates by his side, the Eagles athlete is ready to amp up the heat come Feb 9.
