The Pats’ recent loss of 7-10 to the New York Giants on Sunday marked their lowest point in 30 years. Now a question arises among fans: Is Bill Belichick to blame, or is it the messy offensive line? The disheartened fans are blaming both, as the actual problem arising is the poor decisions and trades that led the Foxborough team to this state.

According to some sources, “Mac Jones has really lost ALL confidence in himself and it’s a shame.” Earlier when Belichick picked up Tom Brady, the Patriots wrote a winning sage in the league. However, this time, it seems Belichick’s choice of players isn’t able to bring in the games what was expected from them. As per a tweet by NFL Rookie Watch, “No QB would be able to succeed with the roster Bill Belichick has built around Jones and it will be no different for Caleb Williams or Drake Maye if nothing changes.

Belichick made some questionable picks in the draft, opting for certain players over others who may have been more promising. The result is a struggling offensive line and a lack of playmaking weapons for the team, making it difficult for the rookie quarterback Mac Jones to perform at his best. Meanwhile, he also faced some backlashes after back-to-back losses.

And now fans are expecting some miracle, and wishing for the standout performance Jones showed in his rookie year to return, as the last matchup against the Giants was a disaster by the Pats.

The Patriots had a painful loss once again. This time to the New York Giants on Sunday. Despite a decent defense, the offense of the team struggled, leading to a 7-10 defeat. This loss is similar in pattern when they lost to the Indianapolis Colts with 6-10.

Surprisingly, Robert Kraft’s squad is the first team in a long 30 years to lose consecutive games while holding the opponents to 10 points or fewer. Even though they gained more yards, turnover hurt them. The offense has faced multiple issues, ranking poorly in scoring, struggling quarterback situations, a weak run game, and a poor offensive line.
