According to a report by an NFL insider, Dov Kleiman, “Jimmy Garoppolo is leading the NFL in INTs with 9. He’s only playing his 6th game (one quarter) – everyone else played at least 7 full games if not 8.” The Raiders signed Garoppolo for a three-year, $72.75 million deal, this offseason, as the best hope for the team.

Garoppolo had the sixth-highest passer rating in New England, and hence, his addition to the Raiders could have helped the team achieve milestones. However, it seems his performance has deteriorated and as a result, he is leading the list of highest interceptions this season so far. Interestingly, there are six quarterbacks too, who have eight interceptions this season, including the reigning SB champ, Patrick Mahomes.
