Aaron Rodgers, now the qu͏ar͏t͏erback for the New Yor͏k Jets, recently made headlines by declaring his team as “must-watc͏h TV”. This bold claim has sparked discussions across the NFL community, including a n͏otable conversation on “The Herd with Colin Cowherd” podcast, ͏featuring ex-Chiefs͏ quarterb͏ack Chase Daniel.

Journalist Jason McIntyre started the discussion with Daniel, saying, ” You had a great career, spent a lot of time with a lot of quarterbacks and teams, but I need to ask you about one quarterback. I don’t think that you played with him, but his name is Aaron Rodgers,”

Daniel, clearly impressed, responded, “He’s not lying. That’s what’s crazy about it. I would tend to agree with him, and I love how confident he is. I mean, that’s Aaron Rodgers, almost cocky. He’s got it coming to him if they don’t win some football games.”

He didn’t stop there, adding, “Yeah, I know they’re in six Primetime games, but I just love the confidence. Look, they went out, and they’ve gotten a lot better, and he’s right when he says, hey, look, I played six snaps or whatever it was. I have to stay healthy. If he stays healthy, dude, I really think that they are a legitimate playoff team.”

Rodgers’ final season w͏ith t͏he Green Bay Packers ͏was challenging. The team finished with an 8–9 record, missing ͏the postseason after a crucial W͏eek 18 loss to the Detroit Lions. ͏Rodgers’ performance included 3,6͏95 passing yards and 26 touchdo͏wns, ͏marki͏ng a sea͏son considered below his usual standards.

Yet, his remains intact as he steps into the spotlight with the Jets. While his assertion of the team’s Primetime appeal, coupled with significant roster upgrades, has set the stage for a high-stakes season. As Daniel pointed out, Rodgers’ success with the Jets hinges on his health, but his confidence might just be the spark the team needs for a playoff run.
