Despite Patrick's injury, Brittany Mahomes keeps pushing—Is this the power couple we all need?

Patrick Mahomes might not be the only one who is aiming for a 3-peat in his family. As his wife, Brittany Mahomes, continues to share updates about their third baby together. But this time, the pregnancy has come with its set of challenges, as Brittany fractured her back in early March.

Sharing a message to her fans via Instagram Story, she said, “Just a daily reminder: Once you have kids, please take care of your pelvic floor. Seriously. From: A girl with a fractured back.” Although she suffered a massive setback, Brittany couldn’t control the fitness freak inside her. After recovering from her back injury in May, Brittany is enjoying her time at the gym again.

As she continues her recovery, Mahomes’s wife has posted yet another update on her Instagram story captioned, “Just a daily reminder to be active and take care of your body.” Given her enthusiasm to hit the gym and continue working on her back, she might be focused on dealing with her hardest pregnancy yet. Back in July, Brittany opened up about her challenges going through this pregnancy, expressing, “Good morning. Just me and my skin that’s losing its mind. This pregnancy has been the hardest on me… sickness, exhaustion, and now skin!

Faced with skin issues, the 3-time Super Bowl champion’s wife was quick to take some measures to heal her skin. Updating us about the treatment in late July, Brittany shared, “Got an amazing facial this morning in hope to help.” Although it looks like Brittany has since sorted her skin treatment, her back continues to recover. Well, it is common for the pelvic floor to show signs of weakness when the person is going through childbirth.

However, Patrick Mahomes’s wife continues to inspire as she shared another Instagram post showcasing her baby bump with the caption, “Round three, here we come!” The Mahomes family are all poised to welcome their third baby after sharing a 3-year-old daughter, Sterling Skye, and a son, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, back in 2022. Nonetheless, the Kansas City Chiefs QB has also played his role in acknowledging his wife while not being shy about sharing her importance to the Mahomes household.

Speaking on a recent podcast with Jake Paul and Speed, Mahomes ensured everyone remembers to give his wife the credit she deserves, citing, “People don’t realize how much she does, taking care of the day-to-day stuff and making it so where I can focus on football, focus on my craft and everything like that.” Adding to his praise, Mahomes also said he considers Brittany his “best friend” while continuing to relish the time they spend together.

When it comes to hanging out, Mahomes conveyed, “It is really because I spend so much time in the building at football these eight, seven months, and whenever I’m with my family, I wanna enjoy those moments.” Talking about special moments, the family was pictured enjoying their time traveling around Europe this off-season. They clicked photos in Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and England while even putting a stop at the Morgan Wallen gig in Hyde Park.

But that’s not all, as the couple also met the Chiefs TE Travis Kelce and his celebrity girlfriend Taylor Swift on her Eras Tour through Europe. To make the moment memorable, the group also took photos of Taylor kissing Brittany on the head as a gesture for their strong friendship.
