Miami Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill left the Kansas City Chiefs in 2022 after six seasons. The chiefdom was stunned when he announced his departure. Even after leaving the franchise, the Cheetah never misses a chance to praise them. Everyone knows about his respect for many Chiefs players, including Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce. But he also felt disrespected about a particular act of the Chiefs.

Sharing mixed feelings on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast on April 22, 2024, the WR expressed his emotions. While Hill praised Isiah Pacheco for his performances, he also said that he felt bad when the franchise gave the number 10 jersey to Pacheco. He said, “I did feel disrespected when they gave him ten, tho I didn’t like that. There should be only one ten in your heart, man.” But his bond with Chiefs’ players is still strong.

His camaraderie with DTs Khalen Saunders and Chris Jones was on display on July 31, 2024. While sharing a FanDuel post on X (formerly Twitter), that had photos of Hill and Justin Jefferson, Cheetah wrote, “No way my head this small“. Making a joke of the post, Saunders wrote, “They gon have to carve your HOF bust from a piece of charcoal, uglahhh li dude“. Jones joined in by posting 2 laughing emojis.

Enjoying the banter with former teammates, Hill wrote, “No matter what you and Chris say about me I know you miss me.” Jones echoed the sentiment and replied, “lol we love you“. And affirming the mutual love, Hill responded, “My brother forever love.” Jackson and Jones aren’t the only ones, his relationship with many other players is also great.

Tyreek Hill names his best five QBs in the league

After the 2023 season, he praised his current QB and said, “I got the right tools around me. I got obviously the most accurate quarterback in the NFL.” The most possible reason is Grim Reaper’s performance in 2023, which ended with a Super Bowl triumph. Who knows, he might change his mind if Tagovailoa takes the team to the playoffs.

While the WR can get extremely competitive on the field, he is equally great outside of the game. Can he make his team champion this season? Only time will tell.
