Apart from being an on-field tactical mastermind, Coach Prime also excels in giving motivation to athletes. And the 2X Super Bowl winner’s thoughts are being reverberated in Patrick Mahomes’ family!

Even though Mahomes has proved his mettle in the pro sporting world. His half-siblings are still pursuing the dream of playing professional sports. Hence, it should not come as a surprise that Coach Prime’s gospel is being heard in the Mahomes household.

Patrick’s half-sister from his father’s side, Zoe Mahomes, is a terrific soccer player at her school level. She utilizes her skills on the ball and quick feet to tear apart the defenses. And the school athlete has found wisdom in the words of the 56-year-old coach.

On her Instagram, she posted a story with the screenshot of Sander’s post on X (previously Twitter). You are the 1. Act like it”, writes Coach Prime in his post. A feeling that has touched and inspired Zoe.

Patrick’s other half-sister from his mother’s side, Mia, is also a school athlete. She plays soccer, basketball, and tennis. But it isn’t only the younger members of the Mahomes clan that have respect for Coach Prime.

As Coach Prime took the reins of the Buffaloes football program, he turned that ship around. And the wins came soon after, which also made the 3X Super Bowl winner Mahomes take notice! “Crazy to see what Deion and Colorado has done already!”, wrote Mahomes on X.

However, this respect and admiration are mutual. Days before, the Super Bowl LVIII, the Kansas City Chiefs landed much needed back-to-back wins, a feat that Sanders has also accomplished. Coach Prime even talked about his love for the Kelce-Mahomes duo before the SB. “I do like the 49ers, but I love me some Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes”, said Sanders.
