Is Davante Adams justified in his brutal response, or should he have taken the high road?

The separation isn’t always very smooth. We’re seeing it with Davante Adams who came from the Las Vegas Raiders to the New York Jets. Though both teams have remained very respectful about the move, fans aren’t. And the WR is responding brutally.

Recently, Adams cut his ties with the Raiders. But when a fan called him emotional, he just went off and DM’ed him that read, “GO TEND TO YOUR MISERABLE LIFE F— BOY U WOULDN’T SAY S— TO MY FACE LIKE THE REST OF THE CLOWNS ON HERE. GET MY D— OUT YA MOUTH AND FIND PURPOSE.” That’s strong and vicious.

Davante Adams made the move of the year when he joined the New York Jets from the Raiders. But it was a well-planned move. He came to the team which had his former teammate Aaron Rodgers. On November 20, he reiterated his stance on the Up & Adams Show with Kay Adams.

When Kay Adams asked if he felt any regrets for dunking on Raiders to join the Jets, he simply replied, “Nah, I don’t live my life like that.” That’s enough to explain his mindset. With no thoughts of the past whatsoever, he is fully focused on the situation at the Jets. That’s the right approach.

However, there is a 10-year-old difference between Adams and his quarterback ally. He shared an important update.

The circumstances at the Jets are changing drastically. It is like they are caught in the middle of a hurricane. Among all these, Rodgers has sent fans into a frenzy with his announcement of playing for the Jets in 2025.

Davante Adams talked about it with Kay Adams and revealed that they don’t talk about it every day. Their focus is working out with their present team and getting the best and most positive results. This result-oriented mindset is what makes them unique. However, things aren’t good for his current team.

With a 3-8 win-loss record and sitting in the 3rd position in the AFC East, their playoff chances are hanging by a thread now. A-Rod’s future also depends on the outcome of this season. If they want a shot at the postseason, then the WR, the QB, and the locker room have to come together. It’s high time.
