Last year in October, the Cowboys QB took a big step during their bye week. Dak Prescott went down on one knee to propose to his longtime girlfriend, Sarah Jane. To say the least, it was heartwarming, beautiful, and guess what? He wasn’t there alone. Their adorable daughter, MJ, also joined them in their lovely moment, wearing a onesie that reads, “Hi Mommy, Daddy has a question for you!”. Since then fans have been waiting for their wedding bells to ring. Just after Valentine’s week, his fiancée dropped a major hint that has every fan talking.

On 18th Feb 2025, we saw a sweet story on Sarah’s Instagram. The story featured an image of their intertwined hands, her stunning engagement ring at the center, and a sweet message to Dak: “Can’t wait for ours ❤️.”  It may look like the couple went out for a fancy dinner, but no. Something even better.

Dak threw a gorgeous engagement party in Tampa. And we can all agree the venue looked no less than a fairytale! They kept it intimate as the party only included their closest friends and family. The whole place was truly dripping with romance, with the candles flickering and red roses decked out all around. It was truly giving wedding bells loading energy. There was an elegant display that read “The Prescotts”. No doubt, Sarah is counting down the days until her wedding in the caption, because honestly, so are we. Just waiting for that big I do moment!

On top of that, Dak Prescott went a step ahead and set the bar even higher. For the engagement ring. He collaborated with Jason of Beverly Hills to design a stunning 10-carat emerald-cut diamond set on an 18-karat yellow gold band, flanked by tapered baguette diamonds. The price tag? A solid $1 million. It shows how Dak loves to make Sarah Jane feel like the MVP she is. They have been nothing short of adorable ever since their romance caught the public eye.

To recall, we first saw their love in September of 2023, when Sarah Jane posted a photo on her Instagram story. She was cheering for Prescott in a Cowboys–Giants game. Within a couple of months, the bond between them grew stronger, and by November 2023, we saw them celebrate Sarah’s 30th birthday together. A few weeks later, they shared with us the big news that they were expecting their first baby. Then, on February 22, 2024, their little girl, Margaret Jane Rose Prescott aka MJ, was welcomed.

To speak of Sarah, she is from Tampa Bay, Florida, and is the eldest of three sisters. Talking about her work life, she is in a niche in the wine and spirits industry. She started as a bartender at Marriott Hotels, then quickly became an on-site sales consultant and area manager at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. Besides that, she has a love for sports even besides her fiance’s professional career in the NFL. Sometimes it is ice hockey and sometimes it is golf, as she often posts about on IG.

Honestly, it’s great to see their wedding calls get closer and closer. Alongside, the couple will soon welcome their second child as they announced the pregnancy in December 2024. We hope they remain filled with love and laughter. Of course, a Super Bowl ring or two wouldn’t hurt. Cheers to the Prescotts!
