Who is Brea Ridgeway?

Brea Ridgeway, originally hailing from Parker, Colorado, was born on November 3, 1994. She is the daughter of former US Marine Corps member Charles Ridgeway and security administrative service worker Avis Ridgeway. Growing up in a disciplined environment, she has been enthusiastic about her ambitions since her childhood just like her NFL hubby.

To excel academically, she attended Georgia State University in 2018 with a degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. And, prior to this, she also attended the North Georgia University for Mass Communication/Media Studies in 2015.

While in college, Brea was committed to building her career, and she gained experience as a Social Media Marketing intern, which bespeaks her commitment to her goals. After completing her education, she went on to polish her skills as a Social Media Coordinator at Ivy Lane in Marietta, Georgia (2019 to 2020). In 2020, she joined Bello Haven Hair Extensions as a marketing coordinator, where she helped the company generate revenue by creating unique and creative content for social media platforms.

Beyond her professional life, Brea has also gained significant attention during NFL games, with her love story with Courtland Sutton capturing the public’s interest. Their romantic moments on social media are a testament to their strong chemistry. After dating for a few years, they got married on June 25, 2023.

The couple shares a passion for philanthropy, as they majorly participate in charitable works together. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they received admiration for their charitable work. The celebratory couple took to record a special message applauding frontline workers. Recently, the Suttons celebrated their first wedding anniversary on Instagram. Along with sharing the jaw-dropping clip from the marriage on the coastline, Brea wrote a heartwarming message to her NFL husband.

She said, “Happy first Anniversary to the love of my life @court. I say it every single time and I stand by it. You are the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I love you beyond words Courtland Jaleel. here’s to a lifetime of anniversaries together my lil almond head.”  On the other hand, the Former Southern Methodist University athlete, Courtland also cherished being together, expressing his deep affection for his beloved wifey Brea with a special note on his Instagram account.

Apart from that, the couple’s bond and chemistry are also noticeable from their public appearances. During the Indianapolis Colts vs. Denver Broncos NFL game on October 7, 2022, Brea attended and cheered for her then-fiance, despite the Broncos’ 12-9 defeat. She shared a picture of them together with the caption, “Here for 14 & the 42,” grabbing the public’s attention.
