Since 2019, Jojo has been involved with STEM NOLA, working to provide children in New Orleans with opportunities in Science and Technology. During her graduation, she also focused on biology with minors in chemistry at Xavier University of Louisiana. Jojo and Clyde began dating in college.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire’s fiancé, Jojo O’Conner, posted a TikTok video on February 3 expressing her excitement for the Super Bowl. She also mentioned the expensive tickets she bought for the event. A social media user commented on her post, saying, “He paid or you paid, asking for a friend,” implying that her fiancé might have covered the expenses. Jojo didn’t keep quiet on this.

She responded on TikTok, “The ring that I usually wear on my finger signifies that we paid. I don’t know if we ever had that, but it’s not a he or me. So we paid.” With this comment, she emphasized that they operate as a team and are not dependent on each other financially.

Together the couple share a strong bond which fans witnessed from this comment. And it’s speculated that very soon their wedding bells will ring.
