Ciara, in collaboration with Colossal, has announced the Dance Icon competition. The competition will give one unknown dancer their big break. This competition is an opportunity for any aspiring dancer to walk away with $20,000 and appear in Ciara’s newest video. Ciara in her latest Instagram story announced the competition open on Monday, “I am looking for one fierce, fluid and energetic dancer to bring the moves in my next music video“. The best part about the competition? You get to choose who becomes Ciara’s Dance Icon.

Dance Icon will be a voting-based competition where you get one free vote to support your favorite dancer. You can buy more votes and then use them to extend your support further. Every penny from those bought votes will go straight to Russell Wilson’s Why Not You organization. So, while you’re hyping up the support for your upcoming superstar, you’re also backing an amazing cause. It’s a win-win!

Their Why Not You initiative isn’t everything that’s keeping them busy. Mr. & Mrs. Wilson have given back in many other meaningful ways. They have donated $1M to Feeding America and partnered with DoorDash to deliver food to those in need.

The celebrity pair’s long list of kindness doesn’t end there. There’s more! Russell and Ciara partnered with the Rockefeller Foundation and United Way to deliver food and supplies to 175 communities. And with Acrisure (the Steelers’ stadium sponsors) they aim to extend their community-driven efforts towards children’s health.
