The Minnesota Vikings will be playing without 7 of their key players. CB Byron Murphy Jr., Safety Theo Jackson, and Chris Reed (G) are out of the game. This is not all because their star QB Joshua Dobbs will also be absent from the game along with the WR Jalen Nailor, DL Jaquelin Roy, and Hakeem Adeniji (T).

The Packers are going in with a considerably lesser-damaged roster. With 5 inactive players, the Packers WR’s Christian Watson and Dontayvion Wicks will be missing the game. Along with the WRs, the LBs Brenton Cox Jr. and De’Vondre Campbell will also not play this game. Also, Caleb Jones (T) will be missing the game.

With these teams having some of their prolific offensive players missing, the outcome of this game will be quite surprising.

Whatever happened to Joshua Dobbs and Christian Watson?

Joshua Dobbs was living his life before the Minnesota Vikings decided to demote him and gave rookie Jaren Hall a chance. Along with Hall, the team has Nick Mullens as the 2 string QB, and Dobbs takes the 3 string. The demotion is solely the result of Joshua Dobb’s unsatisfactory performance. Dobbs has played just 5 games as a starter before getting benched.

As for Christian Watson, he’s played 9 games in the season. After contracting a hamstring injury and missing 4 consecutive games, the receiver is still not in perfect health to go against the Vikings. Also, Dontayvion Wicks is questionable to play this game because of a chest and ankle injury.
