They are Dan Campbell of the Detroit Lions, Mike McDaniel of the Miami Dolphins, DeMeco Ryans of the Houston Texans, and Robert Saleh of the New York Jets.

Dan Campbell is aggressive in all the right ways, and his players love to fight for him on the gridiron field. Under him, the Lions are 7-2, and at the top of the NFC North division. He has been HC for 4 years and has a 0.445 record. Mike McDaniel has the look of an IT specialist but is one of the coolest coaches in the league. He has been HC of the Dolphins for 2 years and has a 0.577 record with 15 wins and 11 losses.

DeMeco Ryans has been HC only for a year and already has a winning record. Of the 9 games that he has been with the Texans, he has won 5 of them. Of the list, Robert Saleh has the worst record at 0.349. This year also might end up a losing one for him. The Jets’ prospects dashed when Aaron Rodgers suffered an Achilles injury.
