ESPN announces update about Randy Moss after health scare
ESPN announced on December 5 that the Hall of Famer is going on an extended leave to get his treatment. The network released a statement that was, “For nearly a decade, Randy has been an invaluable member of the team, consistently elevating ‘Countdown’ with his insight and passion.” That’s right. He has been a great analyst since joining in July 2016.
However, even the network doesn’t have a timeline for when he will be back. Just like the millions of fans, they will also be hoping that he is there before the playoffs. “He has ESPN’s full support, and we look forward to welcoming him back when he is ready,” they added in their statement.

When former Vikings WR Randy Moss announced his health problem, he was seen wearing glasses and was determined to overcome the tough situation. And he did mention that he had a great team of doctors and family and friends around him, who gave him the power to fight through it. That’s the heart of a courageous player who sustained injuries during his NFL career, too. While he said that he would make through it, no one will be relaxed until he is back on the TV screens.
