With just 24 hours to go for the matchup between the Cleveland Browns and the Los Angeles Rams, how will the team perform with their veteran player, Myles Garett, all banged up? After their devastating 29-12 loss to the Denver Broncos last Sunday, they will be looking to prevent their winning record from getting damaged any further. The Browns have had to call in their 4th quarterback of the season, Joe Flacco, to help them record wins again.
The Browns are currently 7-4 this season and are hoping to make it to the playoffs. The Rams game will be a crucial one in deciding whether that will happen or if it will just remain a pipe dream.

Rookie QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson is still in concussion protocol and hence, Flacco will be starting the Sunday Night Football. If the Browns win with Flacco, they will become the first team in almost 10 years to find a way to the playoffs with 4 different QBs in the same season. As The Athletic reported, the Browns have a championship-level defense. But what about their offense?

When Deshaun Watson was on the field, the Browns managed to dominate their opponents. But when he had to walk off due to a shoulder injury that would require surgery, the Browns struggled to keep their momentum going. Then they went back and forth between DTR and PJ Walker. But now, can Flacco finally manage to give them the edge they had been looking for, offensively?
Even an elite defense would require upwards of 13 points to stay afloat. And it seems that an injured Myles Garett can get help from Flacco.
Can Myles Garett give a good performance in the game?
Garett who skipped all practice sessions this week is hell-bent on playing despite his shoulder injury. He is firmly on the road to winning the Defensive Player of the Year award, but will his injury crash his dreams? The Rams’ offensive lineup is not in good shape.

However, QB Matthew Stafford will personally try to neutralize the Garett threat as he is in the top 5 in terms of both Pressure to Sack rates and Time to Throw. With a subpar defense, the Browns offense can find chinks in their armor and Flacco could attempt to take some of the burden off Garett’s shoulders.

The recipe for victory against the Rams would be for Cleveland to bully them on the ground and the Rams’ defense might just implode. Kick-off is at 4:25 p.m. ET at SoFi Stadium, Los Angeles on December 3.
