It’s finally here. A solution to the Jets problem. A ray of sunshine from the clouds hovering over the New York franchise. Getting excited! Here’s the update. Rex Ryan, who served as the head coach for NY Jets from 2009 to 2014 has pitched for the role of head coach. It comes off as a pleasant surprise for Aaron Rodgers, who also wants to play for the team in 2025. Here’s what he said.
During an interview with ESPN New York on November 21, Ryan expressed dissatisfaction with the 3-8 result. He later pitched for the job and said, “Nobody has seen a team going to play as hard as this team is going to play in the future, trust me if I’m the guy. Trust me. And that’s going to be it. That’s what’s going to separate me from all these other guys you’re going to bring in. Your Grudens your whoever, whatever. Give me a break. They ain’t New York Jets. I’m all about the Jets.” That’s truly inspiring for the locker room.
Rex Ryan has the experience of lifting the coveted trophy when he won the Super Bowl XXXV as the Ravens’ defensive coordinator. It makes him a good candidate for the position. However, he is coming off an 8-year hiatus. After leaving the Jets, he served as the head coach of the Buffalo Bills in 2015 and 2016. Moreover, he had 4 wins and 2 losses with the Jets in the playoffs.

Aaron Rodgers needs such a person to pick up the falling team. With 241 of 380 passes (63.2% completion rate) in 2,442 passing yards with 17 touchdowns and 7 interceptions, he has been performing quite well, but the O-line and his defense have often failed him. He must be seriously thinking about Ryan’s pitch.
The fans are elated. They see a person in him who can help them win the Lombardi Trophy.

When your results speak, you don’t need to. That’s what a fan proved when he revealed that he trusted the veteran coach and wrote, “In REX WE TRUST LFG.” Another fan also wants him back and commented, “Need him back ASAP.”
