Would you get your favorite team’s name tattooed? You might say that it depends on how many drinks you have had and how hyped you’re feeling. But Cowboys fans are built different. Sadly, Jerry Jones keeps them on their toes like no other. One minute they are cheering loudly for the team. And the next they are screaming at their screens or some headlines because they cannot put up with his antics. Like when he brought in Brian Schottenheimer as the new HC when everyone wanted Deion Sanders. Cowboys Nation’s faith meter isn’t exactly peaking for Schottenheimer. But some still have hope -not in Jerry or Brian, but in Dak Prescott.
So, Bleacher Report had a fun idea in mind. They shot a video asking fans if they believed their team would win the Super Bowl next year. And, of course, every fan answered with a confident “Yes.” But here’s where it got interesting. After their answer, they were asked, “Will you get a tattoo saying they will?” That’s when things changed and their confidence took a nosedive. Almost everyone took a U-turn. One Dolphins fan didn’t hesitate, saying, “Hell no.” But then there was a Cowboys fan, full of enthusiasm, who responded with a bold, “Let’s go!”

And this fan has pinned his hopes on QB Dak Prescott. “You know it must be worth it, Dak. Come on, man. Show us it’s worth it. This is how much I believe in you,” he said as he got a tattoo that read ‘Super Bowl LX Champions’ wrapped around the Cowboys logo. Now that’s what you call having faith, this fan got his faith inked into his skin.
And now that the video is all over the internet, you know people are going to chime in with their opinions. So what do people have to say? Is it just his ‘delulu,’ or can Dak make it happen?

Jerry Jones won’t win
Thirty years. Thirty. Years. Let that sink in. The last time the Cowboys hoisted the Lombardi Trophy, dial-up internet was still a thing. And people were madly in love with Friends. For a team that’s got a reputation as ‘America’s Team,’ this feels like an eternity. And with all the decisions Jerry Jones keeps making fans wonder if they will ever see a championship. Now whether it’s meddling in coaching hires, overruling draft picks, or just generally being, well, Jerry, fans can’t help but feel like he’s the biggest roadblock to success.
So, while one fan got inked with hope, others simply threw jokes at him for doing so. “Fortunately, he’ll be able to keep adding I’s after the X for a few years, unfortunately, he’s going to run up against LXIV long before they win one,” writes a user. Some even think they won’t make it to the playoffs next year. Well, they’ve been making it to the playoffs often. The last time they played in the playoffs was in 2023 when they lost to the Packers 32-48. “The fact they won’t even make the playoffs next year is crazy,” writes a user, while another said, “Cowboys are about to go 0-17 next season after this.”

Some poked fun at that fan, saying, “Well, he better be ready to get it removed because it ain’t happening (laughing emoji).” Well, people have to say what they have to say. And it seems too early to decide on anything, right?
