It’s on! Another day, another game. Every Kansas City Chiefs game has now become a game of reputation. There is this silent race to defeat them. There have been a few times when the teams came close. First, it was in the week 2 matchup against the Bengals, but the interference penalty saved them. In week 9 game against the 49ers, they were forced into overtime but emerged victorious. In week 10, the Denver Broncos have the chance. Even the venue is the iconic Arrowhead Stadium. Weather conditions become necessary in such matchups. Here’s the update.
The weather is expected to remain perfect for an NFL game. With sunny skies, the temperature will swing between 42°F and 61°F. Don’t worry about snow, there would be none of it. Wherever you sit in the stadium, you can watch everything clearly as there will be no clouds. The average temperature during the game is also around 58°F. Looks like good news for Chiefs and Bengals fans.
It wouldn’t be very windy, either. Sudden gusts up to 20 mph could occur, but that isn’t strong enough to alter the playing conditions or the outcome of the game. If you are trying to guess the wind direction, it would be west wind between 6 to 10 mph. No major weather interruptions or any change is required because of the weather.

The games at Arrowhead have always been a visual treat for the fans. The stadium looks like a giant bowl with seats on all sides. With no cover and the North Bridge Bermuda Grass, there is a vibe around it. There are tailgating parties and barbeque whenever there is an NFL game.
Those who watch it at home can watch it on CBS at noon CST. The Chiefdom is one proud fan group. And they try to make unique records. It’s unique and hard to take away.
Chiefs vs Raiders: the Noise records at Arrowhead Stadium
Let’s rewind 34 years down the memory lane. It was 1990; the Kansas City Chiefs were up against the Broncos. There was so much noise from the crowd that former Broncos QB John Elway had to request the referee Gordon McCarter to calm the crowd down. It’s hard to fathom it. When his initial attempt failed, the referee told them he would penalize the Chiefs with a charged timeout if they didn’t stop. Then the Chiefdom stopped intimidating their rivals.
During the Chiefs vs Raiders matchup on October 13, 2013, the crowd at Arrowhead Stadium made 137.5 dB sound, the loudest ever, and was recorded in the Guinness World Record. The Seahawks broke the record against the Saints with 137.6 dB on December 2, 2013, but the Chiefdom never gives up. In the next season, they made the record again with a whopping 142.2 dB against the Patriots on September 29, 2014.
