The grounds on which 5x NFL MVP, Peyton Manning trained himself to become the player that he was will no longer be there. The Denver Broncos ownership is all set to build a new facility for its team. They had already started the process of designing a new facility a year ago, as reported to Leech. To gain inspiration for the new facility, they had toured the training grounds of several sports teams, such as the Chicago Bears, Golden State Warriors, Las Vegas Raiders, and the Miami Dolphins.
After a poor 3-5 record mid-way through the season, the Broncos are coming out of a bye week. They have had plenty of time to replenish and build up their strength for their upcoming game against the Buffalo Bills. For the time being, till the new facility is built, you can still spot the team practicing at the existing Centura Health Training Center site in Englewood, Colorado.

The new facility in addition to having sports training grounds will also house the new team headquarters. Now both sports and business operations can be conducted from the same facility. This will give the management, ownership, and players more transparency into what’s going on in the organization.
Denver announced plans on Tuesday to build a new training facility and team headquarters on the existing Centura Health Training Center site in Englewood. If plans move according to the schedule, the Broncos team could see themselves working out of the new building as early as 2026, ahead of that year’s season. So, what are the features of this new state-of-the-art facility?

The HQ has been modeled on the contemporary Colorado style. And will sprawl across more than 205,000 square feet across three floors. Compared to the old building, the new facility will be 30% larger in size. The HQ will be to the west of the existing facility and will flank the 115,000-square football Pat Bowlen Fieldhouse.
The first floor will optimize the players’ experience and daily path throughout the facility. The Second floor will house all football operations. All business operations will be conducted from the third floor. The completion of the project will also entail a translocation of 70 employees from Empower Field to the new facility.

Fans will also be able to watch their players sweat it out during practice. A new berm has been planned on the east side of the campus for this. For events, a new open-air mezzanine will also be constructed. But will all these new construction processes affect the Broncos’ day-to-day operations? According to the Broncos’ official website, the new constructions will not affect normal proceedings and they will continue to host fans. Hopefully, a new facility will also rekindle the Broncos’ fire and help them overturn their performance so far this season.
