Brock Purdy joined John Deere and they immediately put him to work. Earlier, an ad came out where Purdy was seen riding with Colton Mckivitz and the duo had an important task of looking for a CTO for the team. What does that mean? It means John Deere is hiring for a CTO (Chief Tractor Officer), a position many have been wanting to apply for, including Jenna Purdy. Not for herself but for her dad.
Through an Instagram collaboration, Jenna and JD dropped a video that reflected a funny yet comfortable side of Brock-Jenna’s relationship. In order to apply for the CTO position, one just needed to make some John Deere content and send it across to the JD team. Jenna Purdy, taking on the challenge, made a video in which she looked surprised that her husband didn’t reach out to the family with the job offer.
“Brock, I can’t believe you didn’t ask my dad if he wanted to be John Deere’s Chief Tractor Officer. Now that we’re married, family comes first,” said Brock Purdy’s wife as she prepared to set her father up for the position of CTO. The post was captioned, “You tell him Mrs. @jennapurdyy” and showcased the details of the job posting.

According to the source, anyone who wishes to apply must submit a “compelling video” by April 29, 2024 at JohnDeer CTO website and share the same on social media handles, tagging John Deere. Surprisingly, Jenna didn’t just stop at just making a video. She also shared other bits and pieces on her Instagram handle through stories.

The picture Jenna posted on her stories looked like a throwback. Her father, sitting inside the tractor as she sat beside him. Jenna was barely visible in the photo. She captioned the story, “Dad & I (emoji),” and tagged JD in in the picture as well. Jenna also shared the video she uploaded on her stories to get maximum reach. Afterall, the 49ers QB’s wife does have nearly 97k followers.

Anna Frey also did her fair share and made a video for Instagram. The video she uploaded by JD was captioned, “Yes way @annafrey0.” “Come on Brock, you’ve seen the comments. Let’s give the people what they want,” said Frey in the video as she served a tennis ball. Similar to Jenna’s video, this promotional clip for the position also held the details of how and where to apply.
